Project Runway thread. Oh, the draaah-maaaah!
[More:]
I am so enjoying this season. There are so many conflicting personalities with such different design aesthetics. Some lovely clothes, some fugly ones, but, oh! all the drama!

After last week's Sandro meltdown, I didn't think things could deteriorate any further. But Ken ramped it up this week, with his withering stare and waspish comments. Someone should have used that duct tape on his mouth.

After the teaser for next week's episode in the trailer, with a tearful Tim saying "There's something I have to tell you ..." I can't even begin to guess what else might have happened.
I've been enjoying it, but I really wish they would let them make clothes out of fabric! I like to see actual clothing designs, not weird obstacle-course challenges.

I know, I feel like every week has been an "unconventional materials" challenge!

The online viewer SSSSUUUUUUCCKKKKKSSS and yet I delight in having a new episode to watch, but I find myself wanting them to get to the clothes instead of manufacturing "drama."
At this point (& fatigued) I don't have all their names, but we have the two cutest partnered gays EVAR and it was pretty weak that one guy's moment was overshadowed by Sandro last week. They are nigh suspiciously telegenic.
Then we have crying tattooed girl who can't construct garments and departed lady who only hand sews? How far were they ever going to get? It seems like they have it stacked with teams/non-cloth/gimmick challenges up top pretty purposefully. Still, a lot of stuff in the middle has been boring to questionable. It seems like there is a lot of dead weight to be happily shed but it's harder to tell, not having seen the preshow.
I think it's best to avoid more reductive yet possibly amusing placeholder names for now. I had a good one for Ken though. It'll keep.
