When your lavender bed becomes a deathbed I've just been looking up lavender recipes online (because I've got a large lavender bed just coming into flower) and came across one for "lavender chocolate raspberry jam". How decadent is that?

I think I'm going to make this lavender jelly recipe, or maybe lavender raspberry jam.

But I've come across lots of other recipes I should like to try:

- Lavender lemon bars
- Lavender blue tea
- Lavender lemon chicken
- Auberge French Lavender Pancakes with Lavender Honey
- Lavender & vanilla lemon drops
- Lavender fudge
- Lavender flan
- Lavender brulee

I made lavender simple syrup last weekend to bring to a party, and made lavender gin and tonics which were great, if I do say so myself.
