I saw that, it was in the newspaper! I can't believe they waited this long to replace it.

I think it was because
A: the broken one had to be dismantled piece by piece
B: extell didn't want to do this during the winter.

The place they wanted to put us up in is on the same block; I'm too leery about that and am staying elsewhere.
