It's funny, every photo I see of Border Collies of Aussies, they are all looking up at the [obvious] just off-camera treat. Seems the only way to get them to sit still for long enough ...

I need to stop looking at pictures of puppies. Or dogs. Or real-life dogs or puppies. My burning desire for a dog is turning into a conflagration of need and it's not going to happen right now and ... pout. Puppy.

Aussies are the most awesomest bestest dogs evar. 3 of the 4 dogs I've been lucky enough to share my life with have been Aussies.

Here's my current one when he was a puppy way back in 2006.

And here's a few of my old buddy Moondog, who was exceptionally great even for an Aussie. He was considered a reject because he was too white, but I can't imagine my life without having had him in it...
