Twigs and berries Okay, this should work, but first the disclaimer:
→[More:] yeah, yeah, yeah, it's not all strictly "punk," but if we want to play "poseur conundrum" all day, I can spit reggae, old school hip hop, and shitty shitty hardcore at you for days. I quote Maggie, "It's about how your stir your coffee," or DIY original meaning, or standing up when they tell you to sit down-- it's philosophy and the war cry of the oppressed. Don't even try punk numbers with me: I don't need combat boots, I do this crap in heels. Go mosh in heels. I dare ya. I may look goth, pageant, or like goddamn Stevie Nicks, and it doesn't matter if I'm listening to the Specials or Cher, my guts were grown in '76--
Blah.
Anyway, I haven't even heard the end of this as some stuff didn't load and I just added bits that were already there
and I didn't even get to pimp anyone I knew. *sniff*
All the pertinent info should be viewable in itunes. Remember, if you like it, GO BUY IT. Especially the defunct older bands; musicians aren't big with health care.
Honestly, I don't really care much if they have already taken care of their lively concerns.
Yes, there are some clearly not punk tracks, and you should feel free to jump ahead of anything after 34 seconds to 2 minutes, but mostly I was sticking to an era, ethos and a vibe.
I maybe go all spiritual on you tomorrow, but I'm planning something super sacrelicious after that where you will probably see a bit of overlap.
Enjoy the last moments of Lent!
I gave up sheissfreundlich.
