Thin Mint Brownie Recipe There are Girl Scouts in my office building selling cookies and they had samples of these brownies. They were so good, I thought I'd share.[More:]

1/2 box Thin Mints Girl Scout cookies, crushed
1 box of brownie mix
2 eggs (3 eggs for cake-like brownies)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Andes Mints, crushed *

1. Mix all ingredients into mixing bowl - do not use electric mixer, batter will be stiff
2. Spread evenly in greased baking pan (9" x 13" x 2")
3. Bake in center of oven at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes
4. Remove from oven and allow to cool before cutting

* The sample I tried had crushed Andes Mints on top. They weren't really melted but were firmly stuck in the brownie, so I'm thinking they were put on somewhere near the end of the baking time. Or possibly pressed into the top after it was removed from the oven. Maybe someone with more baking experience can weigh in.
I keep coming back to this and can't quite decide if I'm happy to see this recipe (because it looks awesome) or not happy (dear lord the last thing I need to make is brownies. I'm trying to exercise and lose 20 pounds by mid summer!)...
