When did all the non-coder tech jobs move to NYC? I'm job hunting (uuuugh) and I've noticed that all the jobs I'm interested in, which is basically working in the tech/start-up world in creative or management areas, are in NYC these days. The jobs I see in SF/Silicon Valley are all hardcore programmer stuff.[More:]So most of the jobs I'm applying for are in NYC so far, but I'm just wondering when the shift happened, or if it's all in my imagination.
(uuuugh)

You missed an H, but thanks for the hug, twiggy!

TPS, jobs are jobs, and jobs are scarce, and I'm applying for all the good ones I'm finding. NYC is the only other place besides SF I'd consider moving though.

Google "Silicon Alley," I think. Bloomberg is really pushing for tech to come to NYC.

Thanks for the answers....I guess I'm running a bi-costal job search then. The other issue I'm facing is that on the west coast, I'm looking SF only, no Silicon Valley, so that cuts things down even further.
