Always watch it. It's so darn relaxing. I even bought the CD a few years ago.

I will probably be watching both it and the actual game (since Baltimore is playing, I kind of have to). If I can get my work computer to cooperate. It didn't want to last year.

We watch Puppy Bowl every year.
That roster, though, leaves me feeling very similar to how I feel when I visit the rescue shelter adoption day at our local PetSmart...kind of sad. So many pit bull mixes. It's like people went nuts over the past couple of decades and bred their pits with every damned thing on four legs.

Wouldn't that be amazing? A house with a dozen or more dogs? Probably have to put two king-sized beds together so they all fit.

If I have to vote for one, it's Althea. But I would like to take all the above-15-pounds-as-adults and have a big puppy pile.

They have a female named Willis that they say is a long-haired Chi mix. Willis!

I don't get where all of the Catahoula mixes are coming from though? It seems maybe two of them are from the same litter, but that's not a breed I've heard much of anything about outside of Louisiana/the deep south (I knew one when I lived in Dallas, but that's about it in my experience). Have they become more popular over the past few years?

Also, holy shit, Sally is a heart-melter.

Finally: purebred Japanese Chin puppies at a shelter? Wow. Those won't last long.

ufez, the shelter where I volunteer (in semi-rural Illinois) just got a Catahoula mix a few months ago. I also thought it was a bit odd, but I think they're adorable and it would be cool if they were getting more popular.
