I don't think I had heard of Miffy before I came across this nail art, but she is adorable.

Nijntje!
Utrecht represent! The Miffy Square with statue of Miffy that's pictured on that wikipedia link is just around the corner from where I live.
In the city center there are some traffic lights for pedestrians that feature Nijntje.
