Open letter to Ann Coulter from a Special Olympian.
Good letter, but I have to say I'm tired of "$abbrev-word" as opposed to "$offensiveword". Just use the goddamned words. Making them HE WHO SHALL NOT BE NAMED just gives them more power.

I really liked that. Thank you.

Thanks for posting that. Ann Coulter isn't really on my radar here in the UK, but she sounds like a nasty piece of work.

Ann thanks all of you for giving her so much publicity and raising her stock with the more evil elements of society. That tweet and the reaction will almost certainly make her more money than anything she's written this year. I've already unfollowed several people on Twitter who expressed their outrage by re-tweeting or linking to it.

DON'T FEED THE TROLLS.

Now I am going to start unfollowing people who are linking to Donald Trunmp's latest piece of political self-promotion. DON'T FEED THE TROLLS.

Ann Coulter, Madonna, Rush Limbaugh, and Marilyn Manson all have the exact same job description -- shock performance technicians.

Don't lump Marilyn Manson in with that ragtag bunch! lol. As for Ms. Coulter yeah I found her recent attempts at relevance mediocre it's sad that she finally succeeded people are bringing her to the fore again

I too had no idea who she was, other than hearing her name in a negative context on the Blue.
I did have to have a real heart-to-heart with my son when I overheard some hi-jinks mouthing off when his mates were here on a sleep-over weekend.

We discussed the kind of ritual insult- trading that's quite common here among friends and where the boundaries lie, how hurtful some words can be.

I don't know if I just pushed the problem underground but things seem better
