I vacillate on my thinking of internet greetings, but then sometimes they can mean so much, you know? Anonymous well wishes from nowhere, especially if things aren't so great. I try not to be all automatic about it, unless there is a big whacking list of them and I'm obviously going down the line, robot style, trying not to think too much about details one could hook on.
All that's neither here nor there.

Today's even better than it started out to be because my boyfriend decided that he'd have a sick day today, so we're going out to get a late lunch, come back and watch Lord of the Rings (because he, a Tolkeinist, has never seen it before and it a little apprehensive), and then he's going to do some work from home before we head out to a restaurant and get a meal that's being paid for by my parents on their credit card.
