Something I never knew until today. Tony Perkins (THAT Tony Perkins) had a pop music career in the 1950s. His biggest hit.
Three albums on Epic and RCA. He had some major backing in his corner.

My favorite fun fact about Anthony Perkins: He and Stephen Sondheim used to throw game parties, as in: parties at which guests would participate in games designed by Perkins and Sondheim. Apparently, it was their combined love of inventing murder-mystery games that led them to write the screenplay for the entertaining 1973 whodunit The Last of Sheila.
