I have not done the bacon wrap or the sauce. I have OTOH made my own ketchup for this burger.
And it's MARVELOUS! That little piece of bread under the burger is a normal size bun. Not quite the right size, but good enough. And a large slice of red onion goes quite well with it.
Red onion is a WEED that people have been trained to like because it's so cheap and easy for the corporate agriculture outfits to grow and throw into every fast-food sandwich or salad. Nasty, nasty nasty. Vidalias or nothing, for me.
