Egg Shen, I'm just generally tired of TV shows built on an interesting premise that is never, ever, ever resolved. Worst offender in this genre is Prison Break, which lost me after a whole season of never actually carrying out said Prison Break, but it isn't the only example by any means. I always just stop watching, but I also always feel that my prior watching time has been stolen from me and should somehow be recompensed.
I hope the AMC people understand that the Killing was horrible all the way through, and it wasn't just a matter of the switcheroo at the end of season 1.
I'm not sure why just buying the rights to the (incredibly successful) original was passed up as an option, rather than spending the money to make (yet another) crappy, washed out retread.
I dunno, I can think of several shows that should have been canceled and were and shows that were canceled and shouldn't have been. But then again, I haven't watched The Killing.
