This sent me off searching for images of the crazy modern hippie mansion in Help!, but I couldn't find any.
And then that sent us off discussing why there hasn't yet been a video game that lets you wander through the Beatles' songworld on a quest. That would be a blast. You could go shopping and get your hair cut on Penny Lane, listen to a concert by Sgt. Pepper's Band, and find to your chagrin you'd unexpectedly wasted a ton of your valuable gametime talking to Dr. Robert.
We nearly bought that one last year, but it just wasn't set up correctly for my ironing and J's HAM radio.
Those were the hobbies we invented for ourselves on a certain open house visit several years ago. The irony is that he does all of the laundry. I could count the number of times I've ironed in my life on one hand. My dad is the designated ironer in that relationship, too.
According to my spam filter and text inbox, I won, like, FIVE lotteries this week, so the first mansion is on me! As soon as the nice lottery folks get back to me with the money. That should be soon, right?
