Culinary Help For the first time, I used full-size fresh pasta sheets to make a lasagne. It was, and is, awesome.[More:]

But I have 5 or so of these sheets left over, and I am wondering how I can use them in a non-Italian way.

At least not another lasagne, raviolis, or anything like that.

What else might they work for?

(thanks)
As wonton skins, then steam them. If you are really adventurous, you could try boiling or deep-frying them.

Apple Lasagne - this recipe uses canned apples but I'm sure you can use fresh that you can part-cook in the microwave first.

Or Blueberry Lasagne with a Hazlenut Cream sauce.

Wontons was my first thought. Any sort of steamed Asian-style stuffed dumpling/roll should work.

I think wontons, with chard and chicken. We have lots of chard coming in the garden.

... you folks are geniuses. Though I've heard a thousand times that you can use wonton skins to make ravioli and other pasta dishes, it would never have occurred to me to go the other way 'round. AHA!

The two times I tried to make raviolis out of wonton skins, I wound up with a very weak soup.
