Want want want want

If you're not going to eat it, can I have your guilt? It's delicious.

Mix up some curry powder and add it. Or in a pinch, the pre-mixed stuff. A friend brought curried deviled eggs to a party and they were great.

Yes, curry! Cottage cheese sounds like a good substitute for all the mayo; plain Greek yogurt would probably work, too.

I can't stand egg whites in any form. My wife has to make the filling for deviled eggs when I'm not around or I'll eat it all. So I just eat that and leave her the whites.

Oh man. I should have the mister buy an extra dozen eggs so I can make my awesome devilled eggs (mayo, dill relish, poultry seasoning, Dijon mustard). No "light" or "low fat" or "put aside half the yolks" craziness. NOM NOM NOM!!

God damn I love deviled eggs. Never had guilty ones, though... that sounds intriguing. (In this recipe I'd skip the cottage cheese; it's all sodium and no flavor.)

If I don't head out of town or out otherwise tomorrow, I'm making deviled eggs. Or egg salad. I've got to use the celery for something other than a garnish.

If the devil is involved, you gotta feel the guilt.
