HBO cancels "Luck" after third horse death

Not having HBO, I've not seen the show. However, three deaths in the course of under two full seasons of filming is a pretty steep body count. Best to cut the losses and fold camp on this one. A good move, in my book.

Not a show worth killing horses for.

I'm sorry to see it go, although I can certainly understand this move. I thought the characters were slowly getting there, and with its pedigree, I was willing to give it some time to develop. So it goes, though.
