Our last book club discussion, of Everything is Illuminated, the last book in the Open Yale syllabus for the course we've been tracking,is coming up on March 16 here.

After that, I think I'm going to see if there's any way to "discuss" books over on Goodreads. I put up a Metatalk thread and emailed our "group" to pick a book to talk about here, but didn't get much response.

P.S. And yes, there is a Metafilter group in Goodreads. I put up a poll to all members re interest in reading/discussing a book together there.

Cool. I voted! Although, to be honest, there are probably only two books on that list I'd be willing to read right now. I mostly read non-fiction anyhow (and much of the fiction I do read is probably a bit...edgy for most people).
