The Lutheran Insulter Let Martin help you give the burn.
I'm going to start using "What do you mean when you say this? Are you dreaming in the throes of a fever or are you laboring under a madness?" on Metafilter, I think.

You seem to be wrangling about goat's wool, like the man who watched the play in an empty theater.

Hmmmm ... Martin Luther spells in American.

Well duh, he was an American, studying the Bible in English, the language God gave it to us in.

"You pant after the garlic and melons of Egypt and have already long suffered from perverted tastes." Can't argue with that, melon with garlic? Stay away from anyone into that kind of taste, especially if they get a show on Food Network.

"Snot-nose!" Hey, I've been having sinus problems here!

"You seem to be wrangling about goat's wool, like the man who watched the play in an empty theater." First of all, I'm totally a cotton/polyester blend man, and second, the tickets were free!

"Your words are so foolishly and ignorantly composed that I cannot believe you understand them."
I am SO going to use this on MeFi

I always got a huge kick out of the fact that many Mormons, including Mitt Romney, feel the need to do missions in France, of all places, a place not big on Americans, to convince people to follow a leader who was reacting to what was going on around him in 19th-century America. Such first-world problems.

Oh man, I'd hate to be Latomus right now!

Wow, Luther had a rather cantankerous tone. Could have been a mefite. But he did effect change one might say.
From the standpoint of someone whose country originates from the reformation it's very intrigueing to hear.

You cowardly slave, you corrupt sycophant, with your sickening advice!

Whew, stings! Maybe I should rethink my visits to AskMeFi.

What bilgewater of heresies has ever been spoken so heretically as what you have said?

Geez, I just said, "Hello."

That's all just mighty Christian of ya.

Your astute minds have been completely turned into stinking mushrooms.

Another one someone should use on mefi (says someone who avoids those types of threads)

Are you ignorant of what it means to be ignorant?

And I soooo need to find a reason to use this somewhere

You are the prostitute of heretics!

Now you're just being nasty.

And one for Mefi:

What do you mean when you say this? Are you dreaming in the throes of a fever or are you laboring under a madness?

so the Martin Luther Insulter got posted to MeFi and THREE PEOPLE beat me to "Your words are so foolishly and ignorantly composed that I cannot believe you understand them." Okay, I'm declaring today a loss.

Are you not mad, and crazy, and crass Nestorians, not knowning when you say yes and when you say no, stating one thing in the premise and another in the conclusion? Away with you stupid asses and fools!
