The Good News is if the Christian God sends Tim Tebow to the Super Bowl, He will have used up so many prayer-answerings, He won't be able to put a Republican in the White House.

okay, that fills my sacrilege quota for the month of January

I predict that I will watch old Rory Gallagher videos.

All I know is my father was born in Baltimore and was a fan of the Colts when they played there (and won more often). He was uncomfortable when he moved to Cleveland (where he met my mother and I was born) trying to root for the Old Cleveland Browns, and moving to L.A., rooting for the Rams. So I never talked to him about all the franchise moves, ESPECIALLY the Old Browns moving to Bal'mor and becoming the Ravens. I also never talked to him about David Simon's TV shows set in Baltimore... by that age, he was only watching sitcoms.

Bah, football's over. It's hockey season now. Or maybe basketball.

Not that I'm bitter about last week's lose to The Tebow. Nope, not at all.

Upset: Texans over Ravens. I don't know why. Just for the heck of it. Just to piss off gaspode, mostly. ;)

Patriots destroy Broncos. Tebow weeps.

Packers beat Giants in a closer game than most people expect. (The Packers defense isn't good AT ALL, and the Giants can score some points.)

Saints squeak by 49ers. This is the potential Game of The Weekend, I think. Best offense against best defense.

Baltimore over Houston, close game, 20-17.

Giants over Green Bay. 3 points.

Giants are winning tomorrow. They almost beat the Packers earlier this season, they're on a roll now, they're good in the playoffs and let's all remember the undefeated Patriots of not that long ago who lost to who in the Super Bowl? That's what I'm talking about!

Also, GO BLUE!

AHEM... Giants win. LOL. That is all.

Crap. I'm going to have to root for the NFC team this year in the Superbowl, 'cause I can't bring myself to root for either the Ravens or New England.
