Just read about these this week in a magazine here. There's a huge amount of graphic arts work that went on here during the Soviet period - take a look at Polish film posters for some idea of what I'm talking about. Really great stuff. :)

I come from Polish roots and I have a romantic dream of living in Poland for a while. Long enough to learn to speak the language and be comfortable among the people.

These pictures only add to the dream.
