the fuzzy kitty is our rescue-cat Marlowe, aka the best dumpster diving find EVAR. the cuddly toy is Sterling, mr. lfr's childhood teddybear.

When Marlowe first came to our house from his fosterhome, he was quite leery of my blue stuffed snake (upper left hand corner). Even though it is very obviously a blue stuffed snake, he was all DO NOT WANT and jumpy and hissy until he got all brave and smacked it on the head and then he was like, oh, ok, just a toy, nothing to see here.

now as you can see he sleeps with them.

my new nordic skis are ace and we have assloads of snow and yours truly is reloading the cookie trap, much to the consternation of my colleagues.
