Songs about sex specifically sexual disorders, fetishes, GID, etc. Besides Walk on the Wild Side and maybe some Pulp, what can you think of? Extremely NSFW or offensive stuff probably won't make the cut, but all suggestions are welcome.
GID: Lola!
Masturbation: Darling Nikki, I Touch Myself, Turning Japanese, All By Myself.

There's always I Want Your Sex, which is really very pro-sexual health :)

One of my old favorites is People Are Still Having Sex -- ah, 1991.

How could I forget Sex, I'm A ... by Berlin?

Years ago I helped someone make a similarly themed mix. I can't find our final track list, but here are a few I remember:

Velvet Underground - Venus In Furs
Ian Dury - Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick
Adam and the Ants - "Beat My Guest" (actually, I think there are few S&M songs in his catalog)
Pretenders - Bad Boys Get Spanked
Vibrators - Whips and Furs
Frankie Goes to Hollywood - Relax
TSOL - Code Blue
Monty Python - Sit on My Face
Randy newman - You Can Leave Your hat On
the Who - Squeeze Box
Queen - Get Down Make Love

April Stevens: Teach Me Tiger. I still think this is one of the dirtiest songs I've ever heard.

Great call JanetLand! I haven't heard that in ages.

Also many songs by The Pork Dukes. The titles are NSFW as well as the songs. Check YouTube.

Human Sexual Response "What Does Sex Mean to Me"

Most Belle & Sebastian songs are at least partly about sex.

Also:

XTC "Pink Thing"

King Missile "Detachable Penis"

Prince "Vibrator" (As well as, well, most early Prince songs)

Chris Knox "Engaged" sounds like it's about phone sex, but it's actually a love song to the (rotary dial!) phone itself.

Frankie Goes To Hollywood "Relax" (of course)

Rod Stewart's "Tonight's the Night" (just sex)

John Mellancamp's "Hurts So Good" (kinky sex)

Do You Take It in The Ass — The Wetspots. Pretty much anything by them, though not a one of them will make the cut of being okay for work …

Cindy Lauper - She Bop (masturbation)
TISM - Everyone Else Has Had More Sex Than Me ("Couple in threes, Grandparents swing from the ceiling")

I'm soundtracking an abnormal psychology class. My professor likes the Kinks, so it will probably be Lola.

My psychedelic medicine lecture was like talking at a wall today. So sleep deprived, I did the cheesiest study session, then got all cranky at a different professor about results in science being mostly chance. I think I am mean to him because he's kinda cute, what a horrible grammar school thing to do. Apparently I will be running his mutant mice through mazes. He is very into rules and order. I doubt we will be playing music to the mice, although I could do that and see if it skews the results.

I think part of me would play Marvin Gaye and the other hasn't found the right thing yet.

There will probably be a week of sex songs.
It seems the Tuesday Thursday class is a tougher audience, but I think we are biased toward the MWF class.

The Dresden Dolls - Coin-Operated Boy (masturbation)
2ge+her - Whoa! Rub One Out (masturbation)

112 - Peaches & Cream (oral)
Trick Daddy - Sugar (Gimme Some) (ft. Ludacris & Cee-Lo) (oral)

Rihanna - S&M
Ludacris - What's Your Fantasy (Feat. Shawna)

Color Me Badd - I Wanna Sex You Up

Az Yet - Last Night
Christina Milian - Dip It Low (Feat. Fabolous)
Cory Lee - the naughty song
Dev - In The Dark

Don't forget Soft Cell's Sex Dwarf (if you get the chance to see the 'Original Video' for that, run away)

During the early days of KROQ in LA, one of the easiest ways a band could make their playlist was to have a song on the album that had the word "sex" in the title. Of course, one of the first hits the station broke was Devo's "Whip It" and one of the first 'KROQ Hits' that didn't break elsewhere was "Johnny Are you Queer?" by Josie Cotton.
Prince's biggest hit there was his "Erotic City" and the DJs were constantly insisting "he's singing FUNK, with an N!" Yeah, sure.

Oingo Boingo did "Wild Sex (In The Working Class)".
The Eurythmics did "Sex Crime" for the "1984" movie soundtrack.
Sparks brought their usual irony to "All You Ever Think About Is Sex".

The Knack's "Good Girls Don't" had the infamous 'sitting on your face' line that almost slipped under the radar.
Wall of Voodoo's "Can't Make Love" was notably bi-sexual.
Romeo Void's "Never Say Never" unsubtly said 'I might like you better if we slept together'.
Roxy Music's 'Love Is A Drug" goes from pick-up bars to hookers.

And KROQ's only song less subtle than Sex Dwarf was "Teenage Enema Nurses in Bondage" by a band called Killer Pussy.
Ah, memories.

Johnny Are You Queer was part of the Valley Girl soundtrack; the GoGo's have also covered it.

More Dresden Dolls: First Orgasm (masturbation), Mandy Goes to Med School (medical fetish? forced sex change? I don't know, but whatever's going on is definitely dark)

Placebo: Nancy Boy (not so much GID, but definitely gender play), Commercial for Levi (pretty much a laundry list of fetish/kink involved)

Robin: Fembot (cyborg fetish)

Teach Me Tonight, couldn't find a link to Wanda Jackson's cover of it, but that's a scorcher.

Kirsty MacColl: In These Shoes (shoe fetish), Here Comes That Man Again (cybersex), Autumngirlsoup (steamy extended cooking-as-sex metaphor)
