Skills you have that you didn't train for I am apparently good at sight detecting false jewels, emeralds in particular. I have no idea why.
I have an amazing ability to be late to everything. It's really a phenomenon to behold.

I have "the hunter's eye" -- I'm really good at seeing animals hiding in the woods. Super-cool plants I'll walk right past without really noticing, but I have what feels like a sixth sense for spotting deer, snake, birds, and the like.

occhiblu makes me think of this: I went on a river tour in Costa Rice. The guide promised us a beautiful tour and he hoped we miiiiight see some howler monkeys... and it turns out, I am a champ at spotting howler monkeys before they start howling, while they're still sitting absolutely still and quiet behind a screen of leaves. I spotted dozens of them.

Recognizing systems, how they manage flow, and distinguishing systems from other systems. I solved mazes as a rigorous depth-first search problem when I was 8, and at 10 I started interbraiding multiple mazes in my own constructions using a method related to breadth-first search. I loved Dungeons & Dragons when it came along.

Keeping with the seeing theme I am very good at spotting an octopus when it's camouflaged.

I am also good at noticing when the kitties are getting ready to jump somewhere they shouldn't ...for all the good that does.

I have the ability to track tiny machine screws and similar parts when dropped on the floor, purely by their sound. This came in really handy when my job included fixing laser printers. Especially with those damn circlips/snap rings, since my boss was too cheap to buy the proper tool to remove and reinstall them. They don't just fall on the floor and roll under the workbench. They fly off at about half the speed of sound and bounce around the room a few times.

I am really good at wrapping presents and making bows for them. I can make teeny tiny ones that fit on a small jewelry box, and big splashy gorgeous ones with things stuck in the middle for additional decoration. Not born with this talent: I learned it in my gift wrapping job in high school.

My husband says I'm also a whiz at knowing what spice to add, in what proportion, to any dish.

Other than that, I'm pretty useless.

My amazing Bear, however, can read animal minds. Seriously, he knows what the cats and the dog are thinking. Now, that's a cool inborn talent.

I have an excellent memory for songs and tunes. I can sing songs from my 5th grade chorus class with minimal forgotten words and hum catchy tunes after hearing them once. I also have an excellent memory for things other people have told me about themselves. The rest of my memory is, of course, shot to hell.
