(actually, Portuguese is a phonetic language and quite easy to spell. nevermind)

Usually, I go with a combination of tooth&claw or a sterling silver cheese grater in the Grand Baroque pattern.

But today, I am fighting all my fights with these cookies, made with brown butter and roughly chopped Valrhona dark chocolate.
