Favorite Summer Recipes? →[More:]From my college (adapted to a certain degree), use only fresh vegetables:
1 8 oz container light cream cheese
2 T dried or fresh dill
1/2 T salt
ground pepper
1 beefsteak tomato, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
pita bread, halved and open
sprouts (alfalfa works, but radish are great)
Mix cream cheese, dill, salt and pepper.
Spread a T of the mix on one inside of each pita half. Fill with tomato and cucumber slices, top with sprouts.
This was just my dinner. Tomato and cuke just picked.
