I don't get all the local references, but it's excellent. It really looks like a historical/educational type marker. Any idea how long it stayed up?

Not sure if it stayed up, it's a long way from me. Yeah, I suppose a lot of the jokes are UK or London-centric, about London's mayor Boris Johnson and Conservative party slogans.
