RIP Clarence Clemons→[More:] No link because I'm on my phone, but hearing he passed due to complications from his recent stroke make me sad. Also grateful that my uncle fully recovered from the one he had in the early 90s.
Odd that I sang Tenth Avenue Freeze Out last night at karaoke, too.
I'm taking this hard. The only other celebrity death that has ever felt like a personal loss, gut-punch and all, was Jim Henson's. IT makes me very sad. I'm sad for Bruce and the rest of the band, sad for all the bajillions of fans who will never enjoy that chemistry again, and sad because it sucks that good people have to die, too.
I don't even really like Springsteen's music, but Clemons was always one cool dude.

Yeah, I literally cried when he died. Also, Mister Rogers. Now, when Brian Eno goes, y'all are going to have to hospitalize me. I also got really depressed when Lux Interior died, moreso than I would have expected.
Damn, sorry to hear this. The last news report I heard about his health a few days ago was that he'd made a slight improvement from his initial stroke.
