Another Friday Night Question. When you wink, do you wink your right eye, or your left?

Huh... I never wink, but if I wanted to deliberately wink, I'd use my right. Trying it out, I find that it's MUCH easier to wink with my left. (I'm right handed FWIW)

Definitely left. The right eye doesn't like to wink. And I close my left eye when I start to get a little buzzed...like now.

I'm right-eyed, so I would have thought it would make more sense to close my left eye, but I've been fighting that since I learned how to wink. I can only do it with my right eye closed.

I honestly don't know. Now that I'm thinking about it, I can wink either eye, though I think the left comes a little easier.

Left. The right one will wink, but only with a crinkly cranky resistance. (Possibly unrelated: I got hit hard with a baseball bat in the right eye socket when I was a kid, which left me with a killer dimple below my eye. I've often wondered if the wink resistance was associated with that trauma.)

I can't do either very well; the other eye closes up a bit too. Out of sympathy. So it's more of a blink than a wink.
But I can snap my fingers very very loudly! And snap 4 fingers per hand!

I can't wink worth a damn. It just looks squinty. I wish I could just drop a lid all smooth because it would come in handy but it's a no go. Just looks horrible on me.

Right. When I was a kid, that was the only one I could wink, so that is my habit. I just now tried the left and waddya know? I can wink that one, too.
