I began to doubt the seriousness of the list when I saw "The Dowager Marchioness of..."

But they still missed some titles... Sultan but no Sheik? Senator and Representative but no Governor or Mayor? Both Doctor and Master but not Time Lord? Both Duke and Earl but not Duke of Earl?

And, seriously, Sister but no Brother? Monks need not apply, I guess. But that also excludes Bros, Bro! Which leads to the worst ommission... no "The Dude"?!?
