Indoor Chickens - Includes video of chickens in diapers and chicken who plays fetch.[More:] Found this when I was doing a search for indoor Seramas to see if it was a thing. Seramas are the world's littlest chickens.

This one is my favorite: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_o-91XSzkTZg/S1p37Llm-6I/AAAAAAAAATM/mmpFm_rwVh4/s1600-h/jan22.jpg
What is it with you people and chickens?

They're pretty, half of all chickens come with a tasty egg-laying feature, and they eat kitchen scraps.

... I think some people like to eat them, too.

chickens are awesome. we raise some nice heritage breeds. I would never in a million fucking years want them in my house. nappies or not.

I passed a chicken pen yesterday and my first thought was "I should get pictures for Mecha." No kidding. I just think there are a lot of us here that enjoy them non-the-least-of-which, for their comedy value.

But I would never have them in my house. No. Besides, they enjoy pecking about for bugs doing other out-door chicken things.

Here, by the way, is an internet TV Chanel (24/7) of a chicken yard (also with goats) in Connecticut. I like to leave the Chanel on during the day while I work. It makes a great sound scape.

You'll want to engage your AdBlock and no-scrip as there are very annoying commercials.

The pic of the dog with the stuffed toy sitting next to the chicken is amazing. My dog would love to have that chicken in her mouth.

Haha, LoriFLA, I thought the same thing.

I think the way to have an indoor chicken would be to be someone who spent most of their time outside, and then to have it as a shoulder bird. Like a pirate's parrot.

It could scratch at the ground wherever you were, then hop back on your shoulder whenever it was time to go to the next place.

That would be awesome.

Bookmarked for I don't know what or when, but I'm sure I'll be ecstatic when that time/place arrives.
