Help stamp out hunger: Leave a couple of canned goods or other non-perishable foodstuffs by your mailbox today. Your mail carrier will pick them up and they'll be delivered to a local food bank.

Oh, dagnabbit! I knew I forgot something! Our mail carrier has been and gone.

We only got our reminder card yesterday. Don't they usually give more notice than that?

Didn't hear about this, but the mail carrier came to our boxes about 2 hours later than usual. I thought something was up...
