What does it mean that Learn Our History is "unbiased"?

Learn Our History's products have been developed to correct the "blame America first" attitude prevalent in today's teaching.

The question, What does it mean that Learn Our History is "unbiased"? is followed by an overt admission that it is, in fact, biased toward producing a certain view; it admits it's propaganda.
