I echo Specklet. In December I was walking down the street behind a college-age woman who was wearing a button-down shirt, which came just to the bottom crease of her butt, and opaque black tights. I am still kind of in awe that she thought that was totally cool; made me realize that things have changed a lot when this fashion faux pas is even possible.

Oh, a friend of mine was in a college class on our fine campus when she saw a girl wearing adult-sized Sesame Street underoos as shorts.
