I want things! What things do you want?→[More:] I want:

*These beige sandals, particularly since they come in W.
*Spring clothes. I started by buying some lighter pants to wear to the office- and I must have been delirious, because they are waaay too short. Hopefully a tailor can let out the hem enough that they don't look ridiculous. I could use some more tops and maybe a skirt or two.

Ooh, I want so many things. I want a bunch of picture frames in size 18" by 12" so I can hang up posters in my office, which have been sitting on the table in my office for at least two months.

I want like a million spring dresses, most of my dresses have longer sleeves and it's going to get hot soon!

What I really, really want is a nap, though.

yeah I like rmless2's blog too!! I'm almost thinking of starting to read rss feeds again in an effort to keep up with it

meanwhile I want to make a super duper website that collects a community of people who want things like clothes and accessories

that's going to take a while lol. I need to figure out if I can do a better job than the specialized forums out there for watches, jewelery, women's clothes, men's clothes etc.. it doesn't have to outdo them in aggregate but just be an alternate

Oooh, I want things! I want:

- these boots, which are exactly like my current boots but not worn out!

- new glasses! (And I will get them this spring! New glasses, coming soon to an Elsa near you!)

- a new dress, or a new jacket, or something to make me feel NEW.

- a new messenger bag!

Elsa: I have those boots. I LOVE them! Our winter was so cold and long, I broke down and bought these as well, so that I wouldn't wear them out wearing them every day.

I want this skirt, this bag, a new couch, a trip to Berlin, Cowgirl creamery's party in a box and these chocolates.

I need shoes that are not boots and warm weather clothing, but I venture to want them, if I could find ones I really liked I would be very happy, but I don't expect it. I need to find things I genuinely love. I need more pure delight in my world.

crushonastick, they are THE BEST boots, aren't they? They're comfortable, waterproof, and look good with dresses. And the heel is exactly right for me I can stand in them all day, which is really saying something.

I think I want this luggage or maybe this and these toiletry bottles for our fall trip to China. I'm thinking about what portable but nice looking clothes I may need to cart along.

I always want more clothes and jewelry and shoes but my closets are overflowing. I do love my boots, the tall black ones I'm wearing right now and which look a lot like Elsa's, and my Kindle, which I take with me everywhere now. I'm also very happy with my Fitbit.

I want this little stove for the emergency* kit in my car trunk.

I want a new sofa. We've had the current one forever and while it's still reasonably current, design-wise (yay for clean lines), it's suffered at the paws of two generations of cats. The sad wake up call for me was when I was browsing Craigslist's FSBO furniture section for something else last month and 3/4s of the sub-$300 used sofas were a lot nicer than the one I have.

Also, a new coffee table. I hate ours. SO attaches sentimental value to *everything.damn.thing* so it's going to have to suffer some kind of unrepairable incident (perhaps involving a kitchen torch, i think) to be able to get it away from him. Added difficulty: I haven't found a replacement I like.

*my definition of emergency is pretty broad, so I'd use it fairly often, like the rest of the stuff in the kit.

I also want spring work clothes. I felt out of season in my long-sleeved argyle sweater today. I also need some casual shoes, but I can't figure out what I want (sneakers? flats? sporty shoes?).

I actually bought this recently. I can't decide if I am rocking it or ridiculous. It is shorter than I usually wear (about six inches above my knees). I also bought this coat. I probably need to branch out from Target for clothes. But I'm in there buying toilet paper and laundry detergent anyway, so...

Oh I also want laser hair removal so I never have to shave my legs or underarms or ladyparts again. I am going to wait a while on that I think though because I want to have some babies eventually and I hear it all grows back from the hormones even if you've been lasered.

Also I want eyelash extensions and I want this fancy no-smudge liquid liner that I tried on in the duty free shop.

And I want to get a bench jewelers certificate. I've been wanting that for a while but I can never seem to commit the time and money.

Both boots linked here are gorgeous! I love all of the linked stuff. Don't tempt me, people! gaspode, that duvet cover is beautiful! I think it would go in my bedroom! I love it!

I want new bath mats, a new Spring wreath for the front door (because I have a hook there and it looks ridiculous without something on it), annuals and perennials, broadsword fern, frames for some prints I bought. I'm getting this stuff today, actually. Hubby is going to Michael's after work and buying me wreath and frames. I have actually been on a buying hiatus. Lately, I haven't cared about stuff. I'm having people at my house tomorrow and that always motivates me to spruce up a bit. I wouldn't even buy new bathmats but one is ripped.

If I'm dreaming, I also want new laptop, iPhone, new knives, new bras, clothes, shoes, handbag, jewelry, beauty products, better couch, new paint for kitchen and kids' room, new kitchen flooring. The list is endless.
