I know you've got great stuff MeFi Mag submission deadline for issue 2 is April 13. No theme yet for this one, but we are looking to get more visual work into the magazine. (Don't let that dissuade you from sending in written stuff). →[More:]

Also: Do you remember something great from another member, either on MeFi proper or over here? Let us know. Sometimes people don't realize how great their stuff is until they're reminded.

I'm finding it tricky to think of what to submit in terms of themes and the mood of what you want. Maybe some more defined guidelines would help?

Well, how about this: So far, we have a former minister writing about the tsunamis, iamkimiam doing an infographic/article on her research on MeFi as a community, another alternative travelogue from Meatbomb, Brandon doing a type collage of a thread…

We'll be doing themes for a (title TK) readers respond section, but that's further down the road. Right now, Brandon and I a little too concerned about having enough to run and keep this going to exclude people by editing to a theme, but if you want some suggestions or ideas, I'm happy to throw some out.

Did you read the first issue? Was there anything you liked or didn't like about it?

I did read the first issue; it was very pleasing. (Particularly that splendid photo of the roadside sign... :) Thank you!).
