I want one. That is all.
Cute! And whoa, expensive, too!

If I ever have enough money, I want to buy one for my boyfriend as a present. And then I'd get one for myself, too.

I can't figure out why I want this too, because I do. I don't miss the old manual kind of typewriter, but I did love my electric script typewriter (which produced a lovely flowing but legible script typeface) and the IBM Selectrics I used to use at work. I miss that ding! sound at the end of a line, followed immediately by the more muted and discreet noise produced by the carriage return. I also miss actually pulling out a piece of paper with words on it that I had seen myself producing . . . I guess I wouldn't get that with this "keyboard" either but I'd sure like the rest of it.

conclusion: I am truly turning into a dinosaur.

I like it, but there's a reason why we all switched to computers.

Confession: I still can't touch-type properly, because on my old Olivetti typewriter the little finger of my left hand wasn't quite strong enough to propel the hammer into the paper, so I got used to moving it off the home keys.

I do miss the clunk-whirr-ching of the carriage return lever though.

Too narrow. It's like a mini-typewriter. I need one that will fit my big hands (you know I'm the one).

It's better than having to use those stupid printers that always break and need ink every 15 minutes. But it's hard to type a jpg.
