fancyoats, it's a link to a magic page where you can send a Valentine message to any MetaChat member you choose. It's anonymous, although you can, of course, if you wish add your name. But the fun is trying to guess who sent you the Valentines.
fancyoats reminds me that when/if it does come to pass, we should post a 101-level invitation to participate. We really have a bunch of newish users since this time last year, and it might help to make some of traditions extra transparent to first-time players.
I love making (real) valentines, too. I've made a handful as an adult and they are a much more special experience than a card, for both maker and receiver. And there's something incredibly cheerful about messing around with red, pink, and purple construction paper, glitter, and glue.
