Anyone know how to change an image from color to black and white and grey in Photoshop?

Just in case - you can Image > Adjustment > Desaturate which is the quick way, but a lot of people recommend to go into Image > Adjustment > Channel Mixer and select Monochrome and adjust levels in there.

Thanks, gomichild. I think what I ended up doing was putting the color saturation down to zero.
