Happy New Year to you! Still got six hours between me and the future. I'm thinking I may sleep through it.

Resolution: relax (like, really create the space in my life for real calm, not merely forcing a relaxation via chemicals or sheer exhaustion).

We've already worn out the New Year here in Japan. And we took all the available flying cars - you guys shoulda hurried.

Time for resolutions tomorrow. LT and I are just floored and trying to process the fact that, despite being both just in our forties, we have both been alive now during SIX decades (no pedantry please) since we were both born in the 60s.

Also, hey! The date is 1-1-11!

Hey wow! Six decades for me too. Hadn't thought of it that way.

Well, after a wild night of TV watching , I'm going to bed.

My resolution is a short, simple "Get off my ass!"

Wow! at it being 1-1-11. Hadn't even considered it, even with out wedding date having been 6-7-8 on purpose.

We had sake and Asian snacks, random people over, and I drew some things.

Miko, I'm about the same age as you and LT and yeah. Feeling it from my head to my toes these days. On the other hand, I say everyone in my house has the sense of humor of a 13-year-old boy (exactly like my first-born), including me.

My resolutions are to keep up with the drama reduction plan, paint and draw more, and to be as good of a wife and mom as I can. Also, to keep enjoying the new work.

My resolution this year was to not make any resolutions.

My resolution is to learn how to snowboard . I live at the base of a mountain thats offering a 4 day all inclusive (lift ticket, rentals and lessons) pass for only $179 . their parking lot is only 15-20 minutes away, so I really have no good excuse not to to achieve this one

My resolution is to run the Pittsburgh half-marathon in 2 hours and 10 minutes in May. I did 2:22 last year and I know that I can keep a 10 minute pace if I get in enough practice long runs. I wouldn't mind getting rid of the extra 10 pounds that I've added since last year either.
