I had to Google McRib. Joe Beese, you must have it bad if you're willing to eat this.

"The McRib consists of a formed ground pork patty, barbecue sauce, onions, and pickles served on a 6 inch roll. The patty is precooked, frozen and later reheated."

Oh. Emm. Gee.

The McRib is, to understate things a bit, not to my taste, but does food that is "frozen and later reheated" really deserve bold italics and an "oh emm gee"?

Sometimes people cook food months in advance and just let it sit around in jars on a shelf until they reheat it later.

Yay, McRib! And just before we go on our road trip, which is sure to be filled with fast food. And they have the monopoly game going on. The timing in impeccable.
