I'm not very good at taking picture of people, and rarely do so, but there was something about this New Orleans street preacher that made me take this shot.
Madamina, it's not a matter of charisma. It's a scam in pay-to-park lots where the attendant approaches your car, takes your money, and gives you the parking pass to put on the dash. But he's not really the attendant, and he's soon long gone with your money, and then you get a ticket for not paying to park. Happened to me in Dallas.
