Chips made and eaten! They were very, very thin- paper thin, powder in your mouth. I used oil, vinegar and salt. They were good, I enjoyed them, but they didn't feel worth the work put into them- not exactly filling.

Yeah, they're not completely satisfying. But I have to tell you that in honor of this thread, I cooked up some kale, chickpeas, and tomatoes for dinner tonight, and it was neat.
