My dog sheds heavily. It's ridiculous the amount of hair that can accumulate in one day. I love my dog dearly. I don't love the hair.

I don't understand why they can't just collect the actual off-gas from vinyl and use that as the "New Car" deodorizer.

ew. if you can park it somewhere where it's safe, then roll the windows down and stick an open box of baking soda in there somewhere it won't spill easily whilst driving.

assuming it's not going to rain at any point the UV from sun exposure will kill most of the stench and the baking soda should absorb the rest.

the mister hauled some dozen bags of mulch and random other smelly items like cow poo and compost home from the garden centre on Sunday and now my janky old grey Volvo 850 smells like cedar shavings and bovine ass.

which on review I'd prefer to Generic Old Man Stench anyday. also, I frequently leave the windows down / doors unlocked in the Volvo to air it out after dump runs, etc. not only is it that pathetic of a car, we also don't get much rain this time of year in CO.

I've been leaving it in the garage with the windows down. I don't know if it's dissipated yet because today was one of the awesomest days to ride a bike EVAR and so I rode to work.
