This morning I found myself staring into the refrigerator wishing I had some breakfast mustard. What in the hell is 'breakfast mustard'?
Chutney?

Are you thinking of putting it on something or other? Are you just wishing you had a savory something-or-other?

Because dude, I'm a mere 10 miles from the Mustard Museum, and that's a dangerous place to be when you're looking for suggestions.

In the meantime, I'd suggest a cranberry variety.

Colman's makes a good breakfast mustard.

And here I figured "breakfast mustard" must be that yellow shit that accretes in the corners of my eyes overnight.

A definite yes on the savory breakfast. I used ordinary brown mustard but it was too powerful for so early. That cranberry mustard would have been perfect.

I gotta get some of that Colman's. It sounds great for my smoked salmon.

Love that Mustard Museum:

At POUPON U, you'll never fail!
Stanford, Princeton? Big mistake!
POUPON U's a piece of cake.

Man, this reminds me of the best scrambled eggs I ever had (from this place in Tempe AZ). There was definitely some mustard powder in them. No doubt. Delicious.

Colman's is incredibly powerful.

Colman's is AWESOME! And from what I recall most of the places I had breakfast in the UK had Colman's on the table.
