I loved how this turned out, even though it's a little dark...the darkness sort of helped capture the mood, of getting home late, with two little girls asleep en route:

My son took his last nap when he was 13 months old. Nothing tires him out, if left to his own devices he'll stay up all day and night, motor-mouthing the entire time. Most nights I fall asleep before he does.
Here's the view in the back seat on the way home from a festival high in the mountains: there was an hour-long drive, a five mile hike on a very warm day, a big BBQ lunch and lots of excitement. Guess which one is my kid.
