TPS, what do you do with the sassy hankies you find? Are you a sassy hankie collector or do you do something crafty with them?

I don't own any, hence looking to buy them. I was thinking I could carry a hankie instead of carrying a kleenex.

Hankies are so nice to have! I carry embroidered handkerchiefs* as well as a packet of tissues. The tissues are handy for sticky-yucky ohgeezwhatwasontheelevatorbutton moments, and they allow me to reserve a handkerchief for less nasty things: for crying at weddings, for patting the sweat perspiration glow off my forehead on a blistering day, for cleaning my sunglasses.

*Well, not exactly: if you're shopping for hankies, you might consider looking for old-fashioned cocktail napkins, which is what I use. I inherited my grandmother's bridge sets, which came with square linen or cotton napkins with pretty embroidery in one corner.
