That's what I always say about her (but just because she gave my friend's book a bad review.)

It's amazing what stupid things her analysts said to her. Of course, this is her account of how things went.

I was more disappointed in the "discussion" of this article in the Times "Well" section. The usual moralistic "get over yourself" comments -- from people who lack any sense of the value of the examined life.

You know, those people who think there's a "cure" and something called "mental health".
