The Golden Age of Jazz. Today the the Library of Congress debuts the Gottlieb Jazz Photos on the Flickr Commons.

I'm actually not a huge jazz fan... I like Dave Brubek, Billie Holiday, Anita O'Day, Ella Fitzgerald. But even if you'd never heard the music, these photos would be compelling, I think.
